According to the OPA, this property is owned by Gertrude Saylus and William Walker.  Gertrude Saylus bought it in 1992 and in 1996 transferred it to herself and William Walker. Taxes show unpaid since 2001 and total more than $6,000.

  1. I live in Philadelphia , pa and have a house that has been vacant for several years on my block. I worred about people breaking in and using the house for drugs or worst. How do I get the house boarded up?

  2. Your City Council person is Cindy Bass. Call or visit her office and request that they get someone from L&I or the Streets Department to board up the house.
