2330 Saint Albans Place

This is the block where the movie “The Sixth Sense” was filmed.  It is generally a beautiful, historic block with stately homes and a mix of longtime residents and transplants.  This property is an eyesore to the block and community.

  1. There’s another house on that block, 2318 SAP, that is in worse condition, and has NOT been given the pink doors and windows notice, even after two complaints.

    What is going on with L&I these days? Using 311 to screen calls and (mis)direct service is creating blight and costing the city big money.
