Abandoned, then stolen.
This shell on the 1700 block of Fontain was abandoned, then fraudulently conveyed (STOLEN) by enterprising thieves. We found the heirs of the owner, purchased their interest, and obtained the title.
The property is now renovated and houses Temple students.
